Job Title
Operator
ClassificationPart-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Primary ResponsibilitiesUnder direct supervision from the Grounds Management Team he or she will be responsible for the operation of mechanical equipment including but not limited to:
- Various turf mowers
- Tractors and tractor implements
- Heavy machinery such as skid steers and mini excavators
- Dump trucks
Grounds Management team
Special Requirements :- He or she must have a valid Drivers License
- He or she must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Requires ability to safely operate trucks and motorized equipment
Physical Requirements:
Operators will be required to:
- Work extended hours, which includes weekend and holiday shifts
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Work on or near heavy machinery
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Do repetitive tasks with few breaks
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
