** What You'll Do*
* As a Laser Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Fiber and CO? laser equipment while ensuring quality production and efficient material handling.

Responsibilities include:

+ Set up and operate CNC Fiber and CO? laser machines

+ Verify material thickness and load material into the automated storage system

+ Produce quality parts while meeting production standards

+ Identify and correct machine alignment and cutting issues

+ Troubleshoot minor programming issues independently

+ Cross-train on multiple laser platforms and production cells

+ Record production data using the computerized tracking system

+ Safely operate a forklift to move materials

+ Perform routine operator-level preventative maintenance

+ Maintain equipment logs and report maintenance concerns

+ Report production, quality, and material issues

+ Assist other departments as business needs require

** What We're Looking For*
* + Experience operating CNC laser equipment preferred

+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions and manufacturing documentation

+ Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills

+ Forklift experience is a plus

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
