** What You'll Do*
* As a Robotic Welder, you'll help produce high-quality fabricated metal components using automated robotic welding equipment.

Responsibilities include:

+ Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently

+ Perform daily startup, operation, and routine maintenance of robotic welding cells

+ Monitor welding processes to ensure consistent quality and process stability

+ Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

+ Load and unload materials into robotic welding fixtures

+ Identify and report equipment or quality concerns

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards

+ Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other production duties as needed

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous welding or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

+ Willingness to learn robotic welding processes through on-the-job training

+ Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

+ Ability to read and follow work instructions

+ Dependable with a strong work ethic

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Commitment to safety and quality
