Production Manager – 2nd shift

Hours:

2:00pm – 10:00pm M-F Pay: $35-38 per hour FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE

Kelly has partnered with a customer in Hartland, WI and seeking a 2nd shift Production Manager to join their team! This role will manage, supervise, direct, control, and administer manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, production, and cost. Execute production schedules to meet customer requirements and expectations. Oversee employees in various departments, organize work, maintain operational costs, and provide direction and training.

Embrace lean continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate degree in Supervisory or Management concepts, business, or technical subjects.
• Extensive knowledge of fabrication techniques, equipment, tooling, raw materials, and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and STMC Quality System.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in PC software applications (M1, MS Office, etc.).
• Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and keyboard skills (40 WPM).
• Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, drawings, and other documents.
• Capable of handling the physical demands and work environment typical of manufacturing settings.
