Medline - - Responsibilities:
Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls;
Maintain accurate records of operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems;
Perform repairs and facility support tasks including light bulb/ballast replacements, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, and maintaining logs;
Conduct carpentry tasks such as painting, caulking, installing drywall, and shelving;
Perform plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, installing fixtures, and replacing internal components
