* Kelly has partnered with a customer in Hartland, WI and they are seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Electrician to join their team!

The Electrician is responsible for wiring, assembling, testing, and installing electrical components on production machines, buildings, and facilities.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to write standard documentation.

+ Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

+ Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, and to make metric system conversions.

+ Must have the ability to read and understand electrical schematics, electrical code manuals, routings, and other manufacturing instructions.

** Requirements:*
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. + Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma, plus some specialized training.

+ Requires 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.

+ Requires a Journeyman level electrician.
