Join Hampshire’s Highways team and play a key role in maintaining and improving over 8,000km of highways across one of the UK’s most beautiful counties. This is a diverse and rewarding position where no two days are the same.

Working alongside Highway Engineers, you’ll provide technical support to help deliver Hampshire’s Highways Maintenance Service

If you’re looking for a hands-on role that combines technical problem-solving, teamwork and opportunities for professional development, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery and maintenance of the highway network. Working alongside experienced Highway Engineers, you’ll provide technical support, carry out highway inspections, and help identify practical solutions to a range of highway-related issues.

As such, you'll need a full current driving licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
