- Maintain and update executive safety dashboards, including weekly and YTD metrics
- Gather and consolidate safety data from multiple internal and external sources
- Develop charts, graphs, and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support leadership reporting
- Track and report trends related to incidents, observations, and deficiencies
- Enter and manage data across safety platforms including KPA, Avetta, ISNet, and VERO
- Track and monitor training completion, deficiencies, and renewal requirements
- Support compliance reporting, including Department of Labor apprenticeship submissions
- Monitor onboarding and training completion for new hires
- Support the PGS Training and Apprenticeship Programs
- Track and report on initiatives such as the Good Catch Program and Geo Tab results
- Assist with the development and improvement of safety forms and processes
- Collect and log incident data for weekly safety meetings
- Maintain accurate training and safety records
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency
We are looking for an individual who has the following qualifications and experiences.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization
- Familiarity with safety platforms such as KPA, Avetta, ISNet, or VERO
- Experience supporting training, compliance, or safety programs
- Knowledge of the utility or construction industry
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Office-based role with standard computer and equipment use
- Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
- Frequent keyboard and data entry tasks
- Requires strong visual focus for reviewing and analyzing data
