Job Description:

We are a leading supplier vinyl and plastic extruded components for the appliance, automotive, construction and food industry. In this role, you will prepare seals and gaskets to be joined together according to customer specifications. This position is eligible for incentive pay! The more you produce, the more money you can make! We will also provide you with all the training you need to be successful! Every employee plays a key role in the success of the company!

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Join seal corners
• Check gasket and magnet lengths according to work instructions
• Trim and pack gaskets for shipping

WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or General
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 to 50 lbs several times per day.
• Previous experience working as a Splicer a Plus
