Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in wood and lumber products, is seeking a Pallet Production Associate to join their team. As a Pallet Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Pallet Production Associate
Location: Hartselle, AL
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Operate machinery and equipment to cut wood according to production specifications
- Stack, sort, and organize wood products for shipment or further processing
- Assemble pallets with power tools and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
What's Needed?
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods
- Ability to work in a non climate-controlled environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work scheduled hours, including some required Saturdays
