Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Hartselle, AL

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour
Bonus Eligible: Associates are eligible for a $1 per hour weekly perfect attendance bonus each week they have perfect attendance.

Shift: Monday through Friday 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM

• Cut, sort, and stack wood materials according to production specifications.
• Assemble pallets using hand tools, power tools, and nail guns.
• Inspect finished pallets to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
