• Primary responsibilities include tax compliance and research
• Performing engagements requiring tax analysis for all entity types
• Research and analysis of a wide–range of tax issues related to business transactions
• Tax planning responsibilities for our corporate and individual clients
• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Assist clients with tax planning and prepare tax projections

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
• CPA required
• 2 to 3+ years of public accounting experience in taxation and the responsibilities listed for this position
• Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles
• Professional with strong communication and client relation skills
• Excellent delegation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
