Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week outpatient travel assignment in Hartsville, SC.

Job Details

• Outpatient PT setting at a regional medical center in Hartsville, SC,

• Schedule is Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-12:30 PM,

• Occasional weekend coverage for acute care evaluations approximately every 5 weeks,

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience required; hospital experience preferred,

• Active SC PT license required for consideration (license required if applicable),

• Current BLS certification required; must be issued through the American Heart Association (RCIS and RQI certifications are not accepted),

• SSN and date of birth required for consideration,

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,

• All certifications must remain valid through at least the first 30 days of the assignment,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized PT treatment plans, and supervising PT assistants and aides,

• Provides patient education on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation,

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a different pay rate,

• First-time travelers will be considered provided all other requirements are met,
