Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Lead the delivery of large, complex renewable energy projects and help drive the transition to a more sustainable future.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major utility-scale renewable energy project (100+ MW). This role will oversee the full project lifecycle — from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning — ensuring successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and sustainability objectives

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations
• Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

• Manage project budgets with a focus on cost control and financial performance
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments
• Identify and mitigate technical, regulatory, and financial risks
• Develop contingency plans to address project challenges

• Ensure permits, licenses, and approvals are secured and maintained
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards

• Build strong relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and communities
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to quality and environmental standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in utility-scale renewable energy
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget

• Strong knowledge of renewable technologies (solar, wind, energy storage)
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
• Familiarity with permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental assessments

• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic problem-solving mindset

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
