Location: Harvard, IL
Program Manager Pay Rate: $20-25/hour (based on education and experience)
Program
Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:15 AM‑8:30 AM and 2:40 PM‑5:30 PM
Applicants must be available to work all five days for both shifts in their entirety.
Start Date: Mid‑July for required, self‑led online training; in‑person training in August. Full schedule commences at the start of the school year and follows the district calendar.
Responsibilities- Model safety and joy standards by guiding staff, keeping site documents and licensing standards updated, outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensuring program tasks are completed effectively.
- Provide continual coaching to foster respectful relationships among staff, address challenges promptly, and maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Consistently support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants; identify and submit proof of MMR.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proof of high‑school diploma or GED is required.

- Experience working with competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
- High‑school diploma or GED completed.
- Experience working with children, including those with unique or special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
- Strong communication skills—oral, written and visual—with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and the community.
- Familiarity with Google technology, or willingness to learn.
- Meet state‑specific requirements.
- First Aid and CPR in person.
- Cleared tuberculosis test.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
