Position Overview: We are looking for reliable and compassionate caregivers with transportation to provide essential care and support to our clients. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience
• Valid driver's license
• Social security card

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records of client care activities
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
