Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License and PEL ASHA Certification required
• Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
• Experience working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with school teams and families
• Enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development

What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct therapy services to preschool-aged students in a school-based environment
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and document progress
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators, families, and related service providers
• Adapt intervention plans to meet individual student needs
• Maintain timely records and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
