Key Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or Letter of Experience Driver License Social Security Card Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed

Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate records of client care activities

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
