• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to the work schedule.

• Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.
• Ensures compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
• Keeps the work area clutter‑free, clean, and organized.
• Introduces preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin, and other mechanical changes.
• Operates blow‑mold/PET/injection molding machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Adheres to quality control and blow‑mold process procedures.
• Introduces troubleshooting and resolves process problems.
• Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Performs audits, weight checks, and other quality checks. Machines may vary by site.
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Troubleshoots and performs minor repairs on blow‑mold and support equipment.
• Immediately escalates all bottle abnormalities, defects, and quality issues when found.
• Monitors supply levels of packaging materials and replenishes as needed.
• Picks up dropped bottles, places them into bins, and if needed, into a grinder.
• Ensures correct labeling, bottle description, and packaging of product according to specific customer requirements.
• Moves finished goods to designated areas.
• Prepares and documents daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies, and other data.
• Prepares maintenance request forms and documents equipment repairs.
• Receives instructions on specific job tasks from Lead Operator or Supervisor. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Duties may differ by plant based on equipment and plant design.

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or General Education Development (GED).
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.
• Physical demands: frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach out, over, and below with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. Frequently required to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work environment: regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment; noise level usually loud; temperatures may fluctuate between hot and cold seasonally;
  Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
