• Perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50 lbs loading and unloading materials, and digging.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools as instructed.
• Transport materials and equipment to various locations on the job site.
• Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Proven experience in a physically demanding role (preferred).
• Prior experience hauling a trailer safely and efficiently (required).
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (indoors/outdoors).
• Basic understanding of job site safety procedures.
