GeneralLaborer Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50 lbs loading and unloading materials, and digging.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris, sweeping, and organizing materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools as instructed.
- Transport materials and equipment to various locations on the job site.
- Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Proven experience in a physically demanding role (preferred).
- Prior experience hauling a trailer safely and efficiently (required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (indoors/outdoors).
- Basic understanding of job site safety procedures.
