Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position in Illinois requiring an active IL RN license and 1 year of recent experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital Medical Surgical unit
- Patient ratio is 1:6
- Day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 6:45 to 19:15
- Required to work every other weekend
- Floating to other units is required
- Uses Epic charting system
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Approved time off is limited to 7 days for the contract
- Block scheduling requests cannot be accommodated
- Active IL RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience
- Certifications required: BLS and ACLS
- NIHSS certification preferred
- Pending license not accepted
- Must live at least 75 miles from the facility
