Salary:
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $155,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will report to the Vice President of Sales – Industrial Division and will be responsible for providing leadership to the sales group in the Mid South Divsion. Carrying out development of sales representatives with specific focus on account management; developing new business and sales closing techniques; supporting the Vice President of Sales with input on strategic account management and divisional customer analysis;

divisional P&L responsibilities are some of the main aspects of this role.

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • The position will have 4 direct reports with possbile additional reports as dictated by the needs of the business.

Travel:

  • Approximately 50% within the territory, depending upon residence location
  • Geography - AL,

    E. AR, S. KY, MS, TN

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business required.
  • At least 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products required. Experience in the Lubricants or Chemical industries preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years‘ experience in a leadership role.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce desired)
  • Demonstrated success in opening new business
  • Solid understanding of direct selling concepts along with product and industry knowledge
  • Ability foster collaborative relationship acoss inter-company departments and divisions
  • Ability to travel overnight when needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
