Pharmacy Customer Associate – Bio Plus Specialty Pharmacy

Workshift:
Multiple shifts available between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM
- Respond to basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled, resolved promptly and in a timely manner.
- Interact with internal and external customers (including subscribers, providers, group or benefit administrators, physician offices, third‑party representatives, and other Blue Cross Plans) to provide claims, customer service, and/or membership support.
- Complete necessary research to provide proactive, thorough solutions.
- Display ownership of service requests, ensuring high‑quality resolution and follow‑through.
- Support and guide customers with personal options and decisions, helping them become knowledgeable and confident about using available technology, tools, and resources.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
- High volume call center experience.
- Specialty pharmacy experience.
Job Level: Non‑Management, Non‑Exempt
