Location: LA-HARVEY, 2731 MANHATTAN BLVD, STE A18-A24 & B4-B17
Work Arrangement: This role is primarily virtual; in‑person training sessions may be required. Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance unless an accommodation is granted by law.
Shift: Multiple shifts available between 6:00 am and 10:30 pm.

About the Role

Pharmacy Customer Associate – responsible for answering basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with internal functions to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Interact with internal and external customers, including subscribers, providers, group administrators, physician offices, third‑party representatives, and other Blue Cross Plans, to provide claims, customer service, and membership support.
  • Conduct necessary research to provide proactive, thorough solutions.
  • Display ownership of service requests to guarantee high‑quality resolution and follow‑through.
  • Guide customers through their options, helping them become knowledgeable and confident with available technology, tools, and resources.
Minimum Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent and prior experience in an automated customer‑service environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
  • High‑volume call center experience.
  • Specialty pharmacy experience.
