Regions Bank - - Responsibilities:
Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions;
Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfill basic servicing requests (new/replacement cards, information changes, PIN resets, reordering checks);
Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their relationship with the bank;
Educate customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM);
Refer customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals and needs, and adhere to bank processes and regulations; participate in overtime as needed and participate in incentive plans
