Requirements
- Must have working knowledge and understanding of different degrees of blast via SP standards
- Must know how to achieve those blasts based on job specifications.
- Must know the differences in all types of paints from zinc, epoxies, urethanes, etc.
- Must understand and have the capabilities to use the proper equipment based on job specifications.
- Must have working knowledge of sand pots/valves/airless paint pumps and sandblast and paint equipment. Test will be given.
- Must have experience and knowledge of brush/roller work.
- Must have own transportation to and from work.
- Consecutive/verifiable work history.
- Able to pass pre‑employment medical exam, drug screen, PFT.
- Must be willing to be clean‑shaven.
