Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follow recipes; wrap, label, and store merchandise; ensure food safety standards and inventory management; operate and sanitize equipment.;

Use handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage with members; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.;
Be an Owner:
Maintain operational excellence; ensure quality and date control for bakery items; secure fragile merchandise; reduce waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; properly package, label, and store merchandise.;
