B. Our Company, Inc. is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day field operations on civil construction projects. If you're a hands‑on construction leader who thrives on keeping projects safe, organized, and on schedule, we'd like to talk with you.

• Lead all on‑site construction activities from start to finish.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors while maintaining a safe, productive job site.
• Partner with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work plans.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and OSHA compliance activities.
• Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Serve as the primary field leader, solving problems and keeping work moving forward.

• 5+ years of construction supervision or field management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, OSHA regulations, and job site safety.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews and priorities.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction management software and GPS (Rover) experience are a plus.
