EOS Hospitality - 2173 Swan Drive - Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism during arrival and departure;
Perform seamless check-in and check-out procedures per Forbes Five-Star standards;
Demonstrate knowledge of resort accommodations, amenities, dining venues, programming, and local attractions;
Utilize property management system to manage reservations, billing, room assignments, and guest profiles;
Coordinate guest requests with appropriate departments and assist with reservations during peak periods
