Painter

Description Job Responsibilities

• Preparation and painting of interior and exterior of buildings
• Inspecting buildings for any painting or repairs.
• Patching and repairs to drywall and trim.
• Ensure rooms are painted in a neat and presentable manner.
• Staining, finishing, and painting of indoor and outdoor furniture.
• Maintaining inventory of paints and materials.
• Clean up of equipment and surroundings upon completion.
• Assisting other team members as needed.
• Reports to Director of Engineering.

• Experience with wallpaper installation and repairs preferred.
• Prior experience with high quality painting is essential.
• Experience using paint sprayers.
• Ability to work on own and part of a team.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in the use of basic tools.

Hourly Rate
: $20 - $22 / hour
