As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our team.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated RN/LPN Unit Manager to oversee our nursing unit during day shifts with an on-call rotation. The Unit Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and monitor the quality of care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and discharge planning.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support and guidance to staff during off-hours.

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of MA.
• One year or more experience as a nursing Supervisor or Manager.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to motivate and inspire staff to provide exceptional care.
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
