Medication Management Nurse (RN) – Harwich, MA

• Pre-pour medications as authorized (weekly or bi-weekly).
• Contribute to improving the quality and consistency of patient care and experience.
• Update medication lists and physician orders in accordance with company policies and state/federal regulations during visits.
• Assist in orientation and training of clients/families.
• Travel required in service area.

• Minimum two years nursing experience; home care experience a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with the elderly.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license required.
• Valid Massachusetts RN license required.

• Choose your own schedule; position paid on a per visit basis.
• Full-time and part-time equivalent positions available.
• Competitive visit rate.
