Medication Management Nurse (RN) – Harwich, MA
An established, growing, home care company is currently seeking RN's to join an expanding team. This flexible yet rewarding career opportunity offers a chance to impact the lives of our elderly clients and their families. Work is available throughout Cape Cod. Pick and choose your availability!
Responsibilities- Pre-pour medications as authorized (weekly or bi-weekly).
- Contribute to improving the quality and consistency of patient care and experience.
- Update medication lists and physician orders in accordance with company policies and state/federal regulations during visits.
- Assist in orientation and training of clients/families.
- Travel required in service area.
- Minimum two years nursing experience; home care experience a plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with the elderly.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and driver's license required.
- Valid Massachusetts RN license required.
- Choose your own schedule; position paid on a per visit basis.
- Full-time and part-time equivalent positions available.
- Competitive visit rate.
