Follow the sequence of service utilizing proper procedures and standards as established by management;
Take and deliver orders in a gracious and efficient manner;
Command full menu knowledge and preparation methods;
Command knowledge of spirits, wines, and specialty beverages;
Guide guests through their full experience at the restaurant
