EOS Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with all resort policies and procedures;
Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and beverage preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to health and safety regulations;
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, providing swift and effective resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction;
Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork;
Participate in the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance the guest experience
