Behavior Technician

Behavior Technicians will assist, tutor, and instruct students with behavioral and/or mental health needs. They will work with a BCBA and/or Special Education teacher to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, as well as special education programming. They support core academics, executive functioning skills, and student care, contributing to positive educational outcomes.

• Assist with direct implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans developed by a BCBA or Special Education teacher.
• Assist with implementation of Special Education programming.
• Assist with core academics, executive functioning skills, and student care.

• Certified Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
• Completion of additional 40 hours of training for Behavior Technicians (link provided).
