Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient status, and support providers in implementing individualized care plans. Working in a collaborative, inclusive environment, you’ll partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care while using advanced medical technology and EMR systems.

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient status according to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards of practice.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the EMR.
• Support providers and care teams in implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
• Utilize advanced medical technology and EMR systems to support clinical decisions.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Ability to use EMR systems and medical technology.
