Responsibilities- Manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
- Advocate for pet wellness by educating clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
- Provide a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
- Passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- Experience with veterinary software preferred. Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, required.
