Job Summary

We are seeking Group Fitness Instructors to join our successful Strength and Conditioning and Cross Fit Affiliate. As a Fitness Instructor, you will plan and lead fitness classes, ensuring that people of all fitness levels are able to participate. Your goal is to help clients reach their fitness objectives and have fun while doing it! The ideal candidate is a positive, engaging teacher with a passion for fitness and sales.

Responsibilities

Sell Gym Memberships

Lead a wide variety of classes to fitness studio members and guests

Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe

Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions

Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking

Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies

Qualifications

Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification

Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred

First aid and CPR-certified

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Cross Fit Level 1 or higher (preferred but not required)
