Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic architecture firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing K-12, municipal, and mixed-use projects from inception through completion. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating effectively with clients and engineering trades, creating and modifying AutoCAD & REVIT files, and ensuring the successful execution of architectural projects.

Responsibilities

* Oversee all phases of project management, including marketing, presentation, and maintaining client relationships.

* Supervise design and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.

* Develop and coordinate design and technical aspects of projects.

* Create and supervise the production of original construction details and working drawings.

* Coordinate comprehensive engineering and perform quality control checks on construction documents.

* Write complete specifications and manage CAD graphic standards and production files.

* Conduct quality control and progress reviews during the check print phase to identify errors or omissions.

* Supervise CAD teams or departments and manage the bidding and procurement processes.

* Administer construction processes, including comprehensive shop drawing review and proposal writing.

* Visit job sites to survey, document existing conditions, and assist in job site observations.

Essential Skills

* Licensed Architect in New Jersey.

* 10+ years of experience in architecture with at least 5 years as a Project Manager.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage complex municipal, institutional, and public projects.

* Experience in K-12, institutional, and public project management.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience in drafting, construction drawing, and construction documentation.

* Ability to lead and manage a team of junior staff to meet client deliverables.

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
