Client Experience Coordinator​/Dispatcher

North Winds Heating & Cooling proudly serves the Greater Lansing area with a complete range of heating and cooling services. We treat our customers and team like family! We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with office tasks, phone systems, and Microsoft programs is highly desirable. Includes outbound calling clients to maintain a complete schedule.

Primary Job Function:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.

* Use software to enter customer data and provide accurate information.

* Assist in coordinating schedule of technicians.

* Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all information is up-to-date.

* Communicate effectively with clients and team.

* Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

* Provide support for logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of services we provide.

Work Hours:

7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Pay Scale:
Starting at $18/hr

Required Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* 1+ years relevant work experience

* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check

* Proficient customer service skills

* Highly proficient computer skills

* Excellent verbal skills

* Professional phone skills

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Working Knowledge of GPS and mapping software

* Well organized and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of HVAC industry

* 1+ years HVAC Dispatcher experience

* 6 months+ Dispatching experience

* Advanced level knowledge of software technologies, such as iOS, Android and Windows OS.
