• Valid K-12 Michigan Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement.
• Prior experience working with elementary level students.
• Knowledge of PE Standards
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom

• Previous classroom teaching experience.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work within a flexible schedule.
• Technology competency.
• Experience coaching interscholastic athletics.
• Passion for promoting lifelong fitness, teamwork and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Ability to blend SEL integration in physical education.
