Sales Manager

Overview

Brookdale Meridian in Haslett, MI is hiring a Sales Manager to join our team. This role is part of a leading senior living company recognized for diversity and workplace excellence.

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale you will act as a guide, team player, and partner. You will oversee the sales journey for families and older adults, generate referral leads, and collaborate with leadership on sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals.

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
• Generate professional referral leads by working with local medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
• Utilize Brookdale’s sales systems and coaching programs to drive performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience;
  Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
