Job Summary: Experience the best office in the world teaching snow sports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Winter seasonal 2026/2027 - Shift type:
Part‑time hours available; full‑time instructors do not have a guaranteed 40‑hour workweek. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume. - Minimum age: 16 years

- Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
- Deliver world‑class guest service
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain
- Willingness to work with guests of all ages, with a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements
- Comfortable being in ski boots for extended periods of time
- Placement as an instructor contingent upon successful completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
Submission of a parental consent form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law (e.g., work permit, physician's note, proof of birthdate).
