Room Attendant – The Confluence Hotel, Hastings, Minnesota

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and minibar items
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries professionally and courteously
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support the overall operation of the hotel

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
