We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests during evening shifts. Evening shift hours are typically 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing excellent customer service
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system
• Assist guests with information about local attractions, amenities, and services
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures accurately
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism
