• Manage all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and engagement.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data security.
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
• Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Proven experience in human resources management, including payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
