We're looking for a 2nd Shift Press Operator to play a key role in keeping production running strong into the evening. This hands‑on position supports multiple areas‑including printing, laminating, cutting, and finishing‑helping us stay ahead of schedule and adapt to day‑to‑day production needs.

Shift: Approximately 2:00pm - 10:30pm

• Operate and support production equipment (printing, laminating, cutting, finishing)
• Review job specifications and ensure accurate setup and execution
• Monitor product quality and make real‑time adjustments
• Step in across departments to keep workflow moving and on schedule
• Troubleshoot issues and elevate when needed
• Perform basic maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized

• Learn quickly and take initiative

• Be dependable, team‑oriented, and organized

• Background in printing (digital, offset, web, or prepress)
• Experience with embellishments (DOD, embossing, foil stamping)
• HP Indigo (HPI) experience or certifications a plus
• Familiarity with cutting and laminating equipment

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable working in a team‑based production environment
