South Saint Paul, MN (Onsite) | Manufacturing (Pet Products) | ~100 Employees
What You'll Do- Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules based on demand, capacity, and labor availability
- Coordinate raw materials, packaging, and component replenishment to ensure uninterrupted production
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Partner with production supervisors to adjust schedules based on priorities, downtime, or constraints
- Track production performance, schedule adherence, and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to improve material flow and delivery timelines
- Analyze production data and forecasting to optimize operations
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Maintain accuracy within ERP/MRP systems (work orders, inventory, scheduling data)
- Communicate production priorities clearly across teams
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory, or manufacturing coordination
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (injection molding is a plus)
- Strong understanding of production flow, inventory management, and scheduling principles
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ownership mentality
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
