We're looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Press Operator who understands production flow, takes ownership of their work, and can step in to keep jobs running smoothly across printing, laminating, cutting, and finishing.
This is a hands-on, production-critical role where your experience and attention to detail directly impact output, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Shift: Approximately 2:00pm – 10:30pm

What You'll Do
- Operate and support press and finishing equipment across multiple production stages
- Review job specs and ensure accurate setup, alignment, and execution
- Monitor quality closely and make real-time press and process adjustments
- Maintain production pace while protecting quality standards
- Support workflow across departments to keep jobs on track and on time
- Troubleshoot equipment or production issues and escalate when needed
- Perform basic maintenance and keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in a printing or press environment (digital, offset, web, or prepress)
- Strong understanding of materials, alignment, and quality control
- Ability to run independently while supporting team flow
- Experience with embellishments (DOD, embossing, foil stamping) is a strong plus
- HP Indigo (HPI) experience or certification is a bonus
- Familiarity with cutting and laminating equipment

Physical & Role Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working in a team-based production environment
